Privacy Policy for Skydex / Sky Money Platforms

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Skydex International and its Affiliates ("we", "our" or "us") collect, use and share Personal Information in connection with our services ("Services") provided through the Skydex interface ("Interface"), which allows users to interact with the Skydex Protocol without supervision.

This Privacy Policy also outlines your rights and choices regarding such Personal Information. By using our Interface and Services as described in the Terms of Service ("ToS"), you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Interface or Services.
If the User interacts with the Services under the authority of another party or on behalf of another party, as used herein, "user" and "you" (and derivatives thereof, including "your", "yours", etc.) shall refer to the person on whose behalf the Services are being used. If the person interacting with our Services is an individual acting in his or her own individual capacity, then "user" and "you" (and derivatives thereof) shall refer to that individual. If there is someone using the Services on your behalf, you agree that you will continue to be responsible for all acts or omissions of such persons.

Please note that this Policy may be changed from time to time. It is your responsibility to check this Policy each time you access the Services, as any such changes will be binding on you. Definitions

Personal Information means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Affiliates means any person who directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Skydex International.
Service Providers means any third party entity, individual, or organization that functions or provides services on behalf of or with Skydex International. Third Party Services means any external service or application provided by Service Providers.
Professional Advisors means any professional who provides specific advice to Skydex International. These may include, but are not limited to, legal advisors, accountants, auditors, business consultants, and other consulting professionals.

Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

We may collect the following Personal Information when you use the Services:
User Inquiries: When you interact with Aura Chatbot, we collect and store the inquiries you enter, including any Personal Information you may voluntarily provide in your inquiries.
Correspondence and Content: Any messages you send to us (e.g. feedback, support requests) may include Personal Information such as your name, contact information including email and addresses, and other content you voluntarily provide.

B. Information Collected Automatically

IP Addresses: IP addresses are collected and stored using Third Party Services and Service Providers for security purposes, to ensure the proper functioning of the Interface, and to implement geo-blocking and VPN detection measures. This information may be used to determine your approximate location and to detect potential use of VPN services.
Wallet Addresses and Wallet IDs: Managed by Third Party Services through our Service Providers to monitor and reduce fraudulent activity and to comply with applicable laws.
On-Chain Data: By interacting with our Services, you agree to release us from any and all liability related to the data you publish on the blockchain, including data generated using our Services. Even if you do not have a profile on the Platform, they will use this data for their own purposes, including targeted marketing and platform optimization.
Airdrop Data: We collect and store your wallet address and Tweet ID that you submit when you participate in promotional campaigns and airdrop rewards. This data is collected directly through our own systems or through our Service Providers. This data is used to administer airdrops, including verifying eligibility, distributing tokens, and preventing fraud. We do not share this data with third parties except as necessary to facilitate these airdrop-related activities.
Information from tracking technologies: Third Party Services use tools such as web beacons and similar technologies to record your preferences and help analyze user interaction and site traffic.
Usage and Behavior Details: We track how you interact with our Interface and Services by capturing data such as your session times, frequently visited pages and features, links clicked, search terms entered, and user preferences through Third Party Services or our own systems.
Device Details and Diagnostic Data: We do not collect details about the device used to access our Interface through our own systems or through Third Party Services and Service Providers, including its name and device type, operating system, browser characteristics and fingerprint, crash logs, and screen dimensions.

3. Use of Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:
Operate and Administer the Services: To provide the Services to you and perform services requested by you, including creating and updating user accounts, processing transactions, responding to your inquiries, providing informational support, and sending technical notices, security alerts, and updates.
Improve the Services: To develop, customize, and improve the Interface and user experience by analyzing usage data and user behavior.
Security and Compliance: To maintain the security and integrity of the Interface, prevent fraud, comply with applicable laws, and respond to lawful requests made by relevant authorities.
Transactions: In connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of our assets.
Consent: For purposes for which we have your consent as required by applicable law. We may aggregate or anonymize your Personal Information in a form that does not permit you to be personally identified, and we may use the resulting information for any legitimate purpose. When we ask for your consent (for example, to receive newsletters and personalised content or advertising based on your usage behaviour, or to process sensitive data), we process your data based on this consent. When we do not ask for your consent, we may process your data for other legitimate reasons in accordance with applicable law. These may include contractual obligations, legal and regulatory requirements, legitimate interest in complying with applicable law, marketing campaigns, market analysis and other legitimate interests in efficiently managing and developing our company and its operations.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may share or disclose information as follows:
Affiliates: With our affiliates and related entities for their own internal purposes.
Professional Advisors: With our advisors, including but not limited to audits and compliance.
Service Providers: With third-party providers for fraud detection, security, data analytics, IT services, and blockchain transaction monitoring. These providers are limited to using the information only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
Non-Identifiable Information: Aggregated, non-identifiable information may be shared for any purpose except where prohibited by applicable law.
During a change in our business: In the event that we take steps to resolve a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, sale of all or some of our assets or stock, financing, public offering of securities, acquisition of all or a portion of our business, any similar transaction or process, or contemplating such activities, some or all of your personal information may be shared or transferred.
Third Party Offers: Our interface may contain offers from third parties. Clicking on these may result in the transfer of required data (such as referral details from our site or any information provided) to the third party. We do not control, review or assume responsibility for third party content or websites. Our Privacy Policy does not cover these external sites or their content. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website you visit. Links to third party sites are provided as a convenience and do not imply our endorsement of them or their products, content or services.
Legal Disclosures: We may disclose your data to legal authorities, such as courts, law enforcement, regulators or government authorities, when required or permitted by applicable law or to protect our interests. This may include, for example, sharing data in criminal investigations, legal proceedings, alternative dispute resolution and efforts to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism, as well as to meet other reporting obligations.

5. Third Party Services and Service Providers

The Interface may integrate with technologies operated by third parties, such as links to websites, mobile applications, or other online properties not owned or controlled by us. These third parties may independently collect information about you. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms of use. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third Party Services and websites.

6. Cookie Notice and Local Storage

Browser local storage and similar technologies are used to store certain data on your device to provide and improve our Services and to enable certain features of the Interface. This includes storing your Ethereum wallet address and session information. Although we do not collect cookies, the use of browser local storage is required to store data on your device for the optimal operation of the Interface. Please note that data stored in local storage may not be secure and may be accessible by any browser extensions or scripts running in your browser. By using the Interface, you accept the risks associated with storing data in your browser's local storage.

7. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

We use Third Party Services, including analytics platforms, to track user interactions and preferences.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy and to comply with applicable laws. If you request deletion, we may retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. International Data Transfers

Collected information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside of your own jurisdiction. The data privacy laws in the jurisdictions to which your Personal Information is transferred may not be equivalent or as protective as the laws in your home country. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

10. Eligibility: Age requirement

To use the Services, you must be legally able to enter into the Agreement under applicable law. The Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children.

11. Additional Information for EEA and UK Residents

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR” - EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (“DPA” - 2018 c.12), you have the following rights to access, correct, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data:
Right to Access: You can request all Personal Information by email.
Right to Rectification: Certain Personal Information, such as name and email address, can be corrected by sending a request by email. However, certain data, such as wallet addresses and on-chain data, cannot be corrected.
Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): You can request the deletion of all Personal Information by email.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You will have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of Personal Information to which you have consented.
Complaint: You will have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, please contact us, you must be resident in the EEA and/or the UK. Please note that some of these rights may not be available to exercise in relation to the Interface and Services, given the nature, style, format and other applicable conditions of the Services. Please note that blockchain transactions cannot be edited or deleted.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the Last Updated date above. The changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services will constitute your acceptance of the revised policy.
